About Me…

So new to this whole blogging thing, but figured I would give it a try. Recently found and love, and am absolutely addicted to CrossFit! Now have my level 1, kids certification and have an obsession in getting any and every speciality certification I can possibly get to advance my knowledge in training! CrossFit itself has completely changed my life, yeah, yeah, that’s the typical saying with everyone but seriously it effected everything from the way I eat, sleep, and even the friends I have. I originally started personal training, needed to start feeling better about myself, was going through some personal stuff and needed to get my mind off the negative things in life and find something for me. Never knew I would find something like this. Completely transformed my mind, body, and lifestyle, in such a short period of time, and wouldn’t change it for the world!

    I feel the same way. It’s amazing how something can change your life. I went from being lazy and not ever working out, to now wanting to get certified and be a trainer. One of the great things is the ability for everyone to do it, instead of just catering to trained athletes.

    Hi. I am registered to go for Level 1 in VA in a month. Cannot wait.
    If you like Crossfit try out TACFIT. Here is one of the coach Sonnon routines: http://youtu.be/xakrVhaZ-AE. I took level one TACFIT instructor cert this past January, it was amazing.
    Also, took LIFT sandbag cert and RKC kettlebell – all great material and skills.
